I awoke beautifully early this morning around 530 which gave me plenty of time for a hearty breakfast and article study time. My clients have been great today all of them doing superbly well achieving goals across many different mental emotional and physical aspects. The workout I managed to squeeze in between clients was fast and furious with deadlifting lunges and some dynamic horse stance thrown in for good measure. I finished work at 5pm and treated my brother in law to some massage therapy he will thank me for it in a day or 2Im currently cooking dinner and have just finished reading an article by Deepak Chopra Id like to share a segment of this with you.Stuart.So Id like
to end with a little quote from Franz Kafka whom everyone remembers as
more or less a writer whose literary reputation rests on his portrayal
of acute suffering. But he said something which is a brilliant
affirmation of the path to enlightenment. He said You do not need to

Bank Holiday Workout

This last bank holiday saw some very serious working out for me which over the 3 days consisted of heavy and repetitive deadlifting squats lunges twisting pulling pressing and jerking The great thing is I was very conscoius of my technique and stopped when I needed to stop. The other great thing is that this type of workout is avialble to almost everyone why because this weekend I was working in the gardenThats right when you analyse the types of movements many of us do when working in the garden you will find many technically advanced weight lifting patterns. The real question is how well can you perform those patternsIf you need help with your garden athleticism then call me today to arrange your initial consultationbest wishes.Stuart.

Mayonnaise

So tonights dinner is a lemon chilli chicken. Not being overly in love with heat I thought I needed a cooling agent the obvious choice being mayonnaise but can we perform homemadeIngredients are 3 egg yolks 300 ml of oil ideally a nut oil less flavour from the oil equals nicer mayonnaise although you can use any oil depending on your love of that oil. Lemon and mustard. If you dont own a food processor ours just recently broke then you need a bowl whisk and strong arm.Begin whisking the eggs and a teaspoonish of mustard then slowly drippour the oil into the eggs and continuously whisk a second pair of hands is very useful. Keep whisking and gently adding the oil until desired consistency achieved. Viola It really is that easy.Season with salt and pepper and a splash of lemon juice whisk once more to mix.Hooray try it today.Stuart.

I now am the owner of 5 pairs of Vibram Fivefinger shoes and the evidence to my consipracy grows from strength to strength.I believe that the manufacturer Vibram feel we live in a heavily male dominated world and are slowly filtering into the populous their feminising agendaBy pushing the paleo men being men like when we lived in caves all rugged and barefoot running through streams climbing trees rocks and mountains all in barefoot technology Grrr. They are getting men excited about this seasons styles and colours and the men of the house are starting to have more than 3 pairs of shoes e.g. smart exercise casual. Thus a growing sympathy for females and their seeming nessesity for shoes is arising.I encourage all men failing prey to this agenda myself included to stimulate there maleness by grunting more washing less and more general tom fooleryStuart.

A couple of weeks ago saw the arrival of Oscar Atlas Peach and it was all as plannedWe had an all natural home water birth with no medical intervention although we did have 3 midwives observing He was a bouncing 10lbs 9.5oz As you can well imagine my wife is a pretty amazing and empowered person to have such a calm and quiet birthing. A great deal of thanks needs to go to Alison McMahon for her coaching and assistance of the hypnobirthing method. Check her website for more details HypnoBirthing.Another amazing choice we made was the use of homeopathic remedies prior to and during the birthing. I would highly recommend everyone to seek out a local homeopath. In the words of one of our midwifes whatever you took to deliver the placenta really workedApologies to the squeemish but we also maximised the amazing product that is the placenta. The placenta is very full of energy and nutrition extremely valuable to mum. It can assist with her healing energy milk production return of the uterus ...

After 30 minutes reading a great book entitled Old Wifes Tales whilst my daughter was at Yogabugs this morning which by the way is very good.We took a short trip to my good friend and CHEK Practitioner Duncan Reeve in Henley. A strong butter filled espresso later and we jumped straight into our workout consisting of some squatting pulling dynamic and explosive lungeing with rest intervals of springing on and off bosus and other balance paraphernalia following the lead of my daughter Amber who is 5. I have to say I think her play was more demanding than our workout Great funI have also taken delivery of a box of meat from Laverstoke Park today Ive been meaning to try them for some time I spent a little more than my usual weekly budget for meat and it looks at face value that I have less meat. Heres some really simple advice to anyone upping the mileage at the moment.Listen to your body dont force it.Maintain your hydration and salt levels. If you pick up an injury get treatmentIf your injury means no running then you can still get out and walk. Walk for as long as you were planning to run.Sleep. Get lots of and good quality sleep.Thoroughly warm up and cool down.Hope your training whatever your pleasure is indeed that FUNStuart.

So clearly 11 is the number this year have you noticed this too If not see if this works for you your age this year e.g. 33 plus the year of your birth e.g. 78 111 or 6 plus 05 11. Its spooky 11 is my families lucky number so we expect 2011 to be awesome but we must take action and step towards it to ensure it comes to us. Sitting and hoping with just words wont achieve a thing Although there is great power in doing nothing.I practice doing nothing everyday it is a golden opportunity to be with self for self exploration I spend a great deal of time working with others to explore and find out how they are what are their goals what are their stresses and stressors. So it makes sense that I spend time with me. I would suggest to all that time alone is a treat well worth the effort. With a continued and consistant effort extremely rewarding.Take some time today to spend a moment with your best friend.Stuart.

One thing I do not understand is that if a council is paying to feed and care for a man who cannot walk due to his size how is it possible that he maintains his weight During a preop stay in hospital and on a calorie restricted diet he surprisingly lost weight Now why whilst under care in his home did he not have his diet restricted So it dawned upon me...do you know anyone who is considered super obese and cannot lose weight unable to exercise then get them to contact me no fees no catches just straight help and real careHeres hoping your winter excesses werent too muchFind your truth and live it.Stuart.

To List Or To Not To List

Apparently you and your family are more likely to be of an ideal weight if you shop to a list.If this is true I would say it is down to a restriction of impulse buys you know what you want and where to go to get it so you spend less time browsing the shelves.Supermarkets spend a fortune to understand the psychology of their customers and the layout of the store and its shelves what to put in the middle of an aisle what to put at eye line or child line what to put on either side if the aisle so while your grabbing one thing you kids are looking at something elseEven if you dont do a list try to picture in your mind where in the shop are the items that you need and what items do you need prior to entering the shop this way youll make better choices and the phantom drop it in the trolley wont strike quite as much. One way that works in our house is the wife writes the list and she sends the man in to buy I hate browsing and wasting money so Im in and out in a flashHappy eating.Stuart.

well I am slowly managing to find time to generate the content style and theme for my website but phew its time consuming...thats why when you pay someone to do it it costs so much If I had to pay myself my hourly rate for my own website this would bankrupt meThankfully I am fueling myself according to my own rules and guidelines and I have enough energy between clients to thump away at this keyboard
